It is a single component stoving coating, specially designed to be used as primer coat under flamboyant finishes to give the desired flamboyant look. It contains high volume of sparkle aluminium pigments.
Indostov 1090Alu High Sparkles can either be directly sprayed over phosphate treated steel or can be sprayed over primer coated/ ED coated substance. It is recommended to be used in OEM, Automobile Industries, Bi Cycle, Two/ Four Wheelers, Electric Vehicles Industries and for other sheet Metal fabrication industries.

All surfaces to be coated should be clean, absolutely dry and oil or moisture free before painting application. Oil and grease should be removed by solvent cleaning.
Automotive System : Indostov 1090Alu primer can either be directly sprayed over phosphate treated steel or can be coated over ED coated substract. It is highly recommended undercoat for Flamboyant finish and suitable to be used in wet-on-wet electrostatic spray coating system.
Primed Surface : Indostov 1090Alu can be applied over anti corrosive primed surface. For final smooth finish, proper sanding of already coated primer is recommended. Existing system should be dry and free from loose paint, salt, grease and other contaminants prior to overcoating.
