It is a single component stoving primer is an excellent blend of anticorrosive pigments and inert extenders dispersed in epoxy ester medium to provide exceptional corrosion, gasoline and chipping resistance.
Indostov 1090 can either be directly sprayed over phosphate treated steel or can be sprayed over primer coated/ ED coated substance. It is recommended to be used in OEM, Automobile Industries, Bi Cycle, Two/ Four Wheelers, Electric Vehicles Industries and for other sheet Metal fabrication industries.

All surfaces to be coated should be clean, absolutely dry and oil or moisture free before painting application. Oil and grease should be removed by solvent cleaning.
Automotive System : Indostov 1090 primer can either be directly sprayed over phosphate treated steel or can be coated over ED coated substract. It can be used as part of two or three coat wet-on-wet electrostatic spray coating system.
Primed Surface : Indostov 1090 can be applied over anti corrosive primed surface. For final smooth finish, proper sanding of already coated primer is recommended. Existing system should be dry and free from loose paint, salt, grease and other contaminants prior to overcoating.
